Sounds like Daniel Craig is on a mission to be the biggest Bond yet. After extensive rumors began to circulate a few years ago in the wake of the success of Craig’s first 007 outing, Casino Royale, fan-site MI6 is now confirming that the latest actor to don the secret agent’s trademark suits is contracted through “James Bond 25,” with Sam Mendes‘ 23rd entry, Skyfall, set to arrive in about a month’s time. If true, this means that fans are all but guaranteed at least two more outings with Craig before he has the option to leave the franchise, making him the actor who has played the role the third-most number of times. The thing is, the producers don’t want him to go anywhere. “Daniel’s been a terrific Bond, a superb actor and a terrific man,” said producer Michael G. Wilson last year at a red carpet event for The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo. “The fans love him and I don’t think there’s a better actor to play the part.” ~Devin Garabedian
