When a fellow agent is murdered in Jamaica, MI6 agent James Bond (Sean Connery) is sent to investigate. He goes to the murdered agent’s house to look for evidence, where he finds a photo of a man, whom he manages to locate. The man, named Quarrel, turns out to be one of two CIA agents who are trying to find out who is disrupting American space launches.
Bond discovers Dr. Julius No, a member of the terrorist organization SPECTRE, who is planning to disrupt the first human space launch from Cape Canaveral with an atomic-powered radio beam.
