A View to a Kill
MI6 agent James Bond (Roger Moore), aka 007, recovers a microchip that Agent 003 retrieved from the Soviet Union. Q checks out the microchip and finds it’s a copy of one made by Zorin Industries. Max Zorin (Christopher Walken), the company’s owner, also owns racehorses who always win, and though they appear to be drugged, the drug tests always prove negative. Bond decides to attend Zorin’s next horse sale and discovers Zorin is implanting adrenaline-releasing devices in his horses. But that’s the least of Zorin’s nefarious plans.
He’s planning to destroy Silicon Valley in an attempt to get rid of his microchip competitors. When he realizes Bond is trying to stop him, he kills a geologist with Bond’s gun and sets fire to a building in order to frame the MI6 agent for murder.
